About the project
This project was created by a cross-functional team within the framework of a two-week Hackathon organised by the Yandex Practicum. The client was Practicum Career Centre
- a team of professionals in HR, IT-recruitment, product management and consulting.
Challenges
The client's tasks include employment of students and graduates of Yandex Practicum,
as well as search for internships and partner open positions. But at the moment recruiters from partners do not have the opportunity to contact candidates directly, but only through intermediaries.
Tasks
The task of our team was to develop an MVP for the internal recruitment service, which will enable recruiters to work with the candidate database.
The service should help to find suitable candidates faster not only from current students, but also from graduates of middle level and above. It should also allow recruiters
